Where can I find breastfeeding support?

It’s not always easy to breastfeed. If you’re having problems feeding your baby, the first port of call should be your midwife, health visitor or GP. You’ll find their contact details in your red book (the Personal Child Health Record you get when your baby is born).

Children’s centres are there for mums, dads, babies and carers. Get in touch for breastfeeding support, or to find out about all sorts of activities and advice. Contact your local council to find your nearest children’s centre.
