Where can I find breastfeeding support?

It’s not always easy to breastfeed. But there is support available. If you’re having problems feeding your baby, speak to your midwife, health visitor or GP. You’ll find their contact details in your red book. This is the Personal Child Health Record you get when your baby is born.

Children’s centres are there for parents, carers and children. Get in touch for breastfeeding support, or to find out about other activities and advice. Contact your local council to find your nearest children’s centre.
