How we support parents

Free and confidential 1:1 chat with a parenting coach in the UK. We’re here to talk about family life, caring for children or managing your wellbeing as a parent. Our chat service is a safe space to share your concerns. We’ll listen, take time to understand your situation, and work with you to find possible solutions. If appropriate, we may suggest ideas for where to get extra support.

Remember, we’re hard to shock. Between us, we’ve seen and heard every kind of parenting question or worry – nothing fazes us. We have years of experience working with families and are here to support you.

To use the chat service when we’re online:

  • Log in securely with your email address to start speaking to a parenting coach.
  • If we recognise your address, we’ll send you a quick email to verify it’s you.
  • You’ll also be able to see your chat history.

Our service is accredited by Helpline Standards, a nationally recognised quality standard.  Note that we can’t offer legal or medical advice.
