Budget cuts and closures mean fewer children and their parents can access local children’s centres, leaving many to cope – or not cope – by themselves. Most parents arrive at Parent Talk when they are searching the internet for advice and help. So we’re there for families when they need us most.

We offer free support for parents and carers of children aged 0-19 in the UK. Where a child has special educational needs, we can support up to age 25.
We aim to provide a welcoming space for all parents and carers, whatever their background and experiences. Our advice articles offer guidance on a range of issues and our chat service is available for more in-depth support.
Our service is accredited by Helpline Standards, a nationally recognised quality standard. All our advice is provided by our experienced parenting coaches.
Families are at breaking point. By funding Parent Talk, you can empower parents and give children the bright futures they deserve. We support parents with a wide range of issues, from development and behaviour to mental health.
What can we offer you
We have a range of different partnership options available.
Depending on the partnership and what your organisation would like from us, we could:
This would enable us to support 500,000 families with information, advice and guidance. It would also allow our parenting coaches to support with 10,000 1-1 conversations.
This would enable us to support at least 1,200 families with free advice through an extra parenting coach. If you prefer, this can focus on a specific region. For example, if you're based in Glasgow, you could sponsor a parenting coach based in Glasgow to create the biggest impact for families in your local area.
This would enable us to support around 1,000 families with our 1:1 chat service and reach 40,000 parents with our information, advice and guidance. We can tailor this support to a specific need or theme e.g. mental health or special educational needs.
Help us innovate and expand our service to include an expert forum, packages of ongoing support and multimedia content. This would enable us to support around 10,000 parents with our information, advice and guidance.
We can showcase your brand to your target audience, this could include featuring your logo on the content hub page, or on articles.
In 2021 the service won The Family Support Award in the Children’s and Young People Now Awards.
