Rydyn ni wrth law i’ch cefnogi chi pan fyddwch chi ein hangen ni. Dewch o hyd i atebion i’r cwestiynau mwyaf cyffredin am fagu plant, neu siaradwch un-i-un gyda hyfforddwr magu plant profiadol. Gallwch ddewis siarad Cymraeg neu Saesneg gyda ni. Mae’r cyfan yn rhad ac am ddim, a does dim un pwnc yn rhy fawr, yn rhy fach nac yn codi cywilydd.

We’re on hand to support you, when you need us. Find answers to the most common parenting questions, or talk one-to-one with an experienced parenting coach. You can talk to us in Welsh or English. It’s all free, and no topic is too big, small, or embarrassing.

You can talk to us about anything that supports the wellbeing of you, your child, or your family. Some people just want to chat. Some need to talk to us about things they feel they can’t tell anyone else.  

We can speak to you fluently in Welsh. Please don’t be afraid to tell us you want to speak in Welsh.

Physical punishment such as smacking or shaking is harmful to children. It is illegal for anyone in Wales to physically punish a child.
